WHO WE ARE

Francis Faki Amanquah Foundation

The Francis Faki Amanquah Foundation (FFAF) has been established to provide scholarships to young Ghanaian women entering their second year at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, Ghana.

These 3-year full-scholarships will be awarded to students with excellent academic credentials, but lack the financial means to achieve the dream of attending and graduating from university with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

The Foundation is registered in the USA as a 501c3 Not-For-Profit organization.

We touch the lives of young girls by providing them all the support they need to excel.

WHAT WE DO

Our goal is to be a resource to the young Ghanaian women who dream of studying computer science and computer engineering but have demonstrated financial need.

 

HOW WE OPERATE

The young ladies will apply for the funds with an explanation of the need. A committee will shortlist candidates based on set criteria by the Foundation with input from the university.
